Term: Seasonal, 9-Month Contract (with potential to extend)

We are hiring for two positions within our Warehouse, Maintenance & Display team:

• Warehouse, Maintenance & Display Lead (Full-Time preferred)
  

• Warehouse, Maintenance & Display Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time options available)
  
  

Both roles are 9-month contracts (May/June through Mid-December), with the possibility of extension beyond the season.

Schedule

Full-Time (Preferred for Lead Position)
Term: Seasonal, 9-Month Contract
Schedule: May or June through Mid-December

• May–August: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• September–December (Bazaar Season): Wednesday/Thursday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM

• occasional weeks may require up to six consecutive workdays

Part-Time (Available for Associate Position)
Term: Seasonal, 9-Month Contract
Schedule: May or June through Mid-December

• May–August: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• September–December (Bazaar Season): Wednesday/Thursday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Minimum 3 shifts per week

The Workspace

• No public transit available – reliable transportation is required
  

• Workspace is not temperature controlled (hot in summer, cold in winter)
  

• Fans, space heaters, and similar supports are provided when possible
  

• Small, collaborative team environment
  

• Hands-on, physical work requiring the ability to safely lift up to 80 lbs
  

• Work includes outdoor and indoor tasks in varying conditions
  
  

The Role

One World Bazaar is seeking a Warehouse, Maintenance & Display Lead and a Warehouse, Maintenance & Display Associate to support our warehouse operations, property maintenance, and display build-out throughout the season.

You will play a key role in:

• Supporting warehouse operations and inventory organization
  

• Building and maintaining creative, large-scale product displays
  

• Assisting with site and property maintenance
  

• Preparing and supporting the store throughout the seasonal Bazaar
  

• Helping transition and close the space at the end of the season
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Inventory

• Support warehouse operations and inventory management
  

• Receive, organize, and store incoming products and display materials
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space
  

• Assist with inventory handling during shipments and display builds
  

• Identify opportunities to improve organization and workflow
  
  

Display Setup & Maintenance

• Work with the Display team to build and install engaging product displays
  

• Replenish displays to support product turnover and sales
  

• Safely use ladders to access and organize products
  

• Help bring creative display concepts to life
  
  

Property & Site Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property
  

• Assist with outdoor maintenance tasks (mowing, weeding, general upkeep)
  

• Support seasonal setup and vendor installations
  

• Safely operate and assist with equipment, including trailers
  
  

Customer Service & Team Support

• Provide excellent customer service during peak season
  

• Support team members during busy periods
  

• Assist with product retrieval and display organization as needed
  

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
