Sterling Silver Box Chains

I bought two 18 inch box chains online. When I picked them up, I checked the bag and only one chain was there. No problem though, they found the other chain, however, the quality was not what I had expected. I bought a 20 inch box chain in store weeks earlier and the quality and thickness was much better. I may just stick with purchasing in store in the future.
