1. Sponsor

The 45th Anniversary 45-Minute Bazaar Dash Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by One World Bazaar (the "Sponsor"), located at 6110 Mitch Owens Road, Manotick, Ontario, K4M 0V2.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on September 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Contest Period").

All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period to be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to eligible residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of One World Bazaar, its affiliates, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or persons with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible to enter.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter.

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official online Contest entry form during the Contest Period.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.

Only eligible entries received before the Contest closing time will be included in the random draw.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, inaccurate, or otherwise do not comply with these Rules may be disqualified.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won.

The prize consists of:

• One (1) private 45-minute shopping experience at One World Bazaar before opening hours; and
• $1,000 CAD in shopping credit toward eligible purchases made during the shopping experience.

The shopping experience will take place at One World Bazaar between November 19 and November 22, 2026, on a date and time determined by the Sponsor in consultation with the winner.

The winner must be available to participate in the shopping experience during this period. If the selected entrant is unable or unwilling to participate during this period, they will forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may select another potential winner by random draw.

The approximate retail value of the shopping credit is $1,000 CAD.

The private shopping experience and shopping credit have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

The shopping credit must be used during the designated 45-minute shopping experience.

6. Shopping Challenge Rules

The winner will have exactly 45 minutes to select items from the Bazaar and bring them to the designated Finish Line.

The following rules apply:

• Only items that are in stock at the time of the shopping challenge are eligible.
• Special orders, future inventory, or items that are not physically available during the challenge are not eligible.
• The winner may select any eligible items during the 45-minute shopping period.
• Items must be successfully brought to the designated Finish Line before the 45-minute timer expires to be included in the winner's final haul.
• Items remaining elsewhere in the Bazaar when time expires will not be included in the winner's haul.
• The $1,000 CAD shopping credit will be applied to the winner's final eligible purchase total.
• If the winner's eligible purchases total more than $1,000 CAD, the winner may either pay the difference or remove items until the total is within the $1,000 CAD shopping credit.
• If the winner's eligible purchases total less than $1,000 CAD, the remaining balance has no cash value and will not be awarded to the winner.
• The Sponsor will make the final determination regarding item eligibility, pricing, and whether an item was successfully brought to the Finish Line within the allotted time.
• The winner is responsible for safely handling all items during the challenge and must follow all instructions provided by Sponsor staff.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or stop the challenge if necessary for safety reasons.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place on November 17, 2026.

The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided on their entry form.

8. Winner Confirmation

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

1. Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance;
2. Confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements;
3. Confirm that they are available to participate in the 45-minute shopping experience between November 19 and November 22, 2026;
4. Sign any required declaration and release forms; and
5. Provide any additional information reasonably required by the Sponsor to administer the prize.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within three (3) days of the Sponsor's first attempt to contact them, does not respond, does not meet the eligibility requirements, is unable or unwilling to participate during the specified November 19–22, 2026 period, declines the prize, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the Sponsor may select another potential winner by random draw.

9. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

The skill-testing question will be administered by the Sponsor in accordance with applicable law.

10. Privacy & Personal Information

By entering the Contest, participants consent to the Sponsor collecting and using the personal information provided through the entry form for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, contacting the potential winner, and otherwise managing the Contest.

Personal information collected through the Contest will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Personal information will not be used for additional promotional or marketing purposes without the participant's consent, where consent is required.

Personal information will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as required or permitted by applicable law.

11. Photography & Video

The shopping challenge may be photographed and/or recorded for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and other communications purposes.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable photography and video recording associated with the shopping experience.

The winner may be asked to sign a separate photo/video release authorizing One World Bazaar to use their name, image, likeness, voice, and statements in connection with the Contest and related promotional materials.

Participation in the Contest does not require entrants to provide consent to unrelated marketing communications.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Rules;
• Provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Attempts to interfere with the operation of the Contest;
• Attempts to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or website;
• Uses fraudulent means to enter; or
• Engages in conduct that the Sponsor reasonably determines to be abusive, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit of the Contest.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including website, internet, computer, or other technical problems that may affect an entrant's ability to participate.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Contest from being conducted as planned.

Any material changes to the Contest or these Rules will be posted on the Contest webpage.

All decisions of the Sponsor concerning the Contest and the administration of the prize are final, subject to applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless One World Bazaar, its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

The winner acknowledges that the shopping challenge involves moving through a retail environment within a limited period of time and agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by the Sponsor and its staff.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Contest or shopping challenge, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

The Contest and these Official Contest Rules & Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Contest or these Rules shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Rules are written in English. If these Rules are translated into another language and there is any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version will prevail.

15. Acceptance of Rules

By submitting an entry to the Contest, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Contest Rules & Terms and Conditions.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
