Need to return a couple of items
Hi, the items I received were great! However, I needed to return a couple of items and came to the store in the beginning of this week to drop off the items but the afterhours box did not have a lock and I didn't leave the items there. I am away from Canada until January 9th and would like to return the items upon my return. I emailed about that but did not receive a reply. Not what I was expecting.
I bought two 18 inch box chains online. When I picked them up, I checked the bag and only one chain was there. No problem though, they found the other chain, however, the quality was not what I had expected. I bought a 20 inch box chain in store weeks earlier and the quality and thickness was much better. I may just stick with purchasing in store in the future.
